did you get the whole axle replaced or just replace the cv boot?? if it's just the boot, I don't think the new brake fluid and the cv boot would fix the shudder. I guess maybe some suspension components were out of torque spec and getting loose a bit. in the process of putting things back on, your mechanic torque everything to spec. so, the problem is fixed.
