So I have 2006 X5 with NAV/DSP.. I have Bluetooth and BMW Assist (no longer active)

Can someone please clarify if I can, in fact, install the SES Voice Activation unit within my current configuration?

I'd like to retain Bluetooth but don't care for BMW Assist.
