There are a few fuses in the glove box for the instrument cluster, it would be worth checking. If that is not the issue then It might be worth unplugging the cluster from behind for a few minutes to fully discharge the internal capacitors etc. as this has brought some clusters back after they went fully out and nothing was working on it. The cluster is held in with 2 t10 torx screws at the top of it, then just pulls out. Hope that helps and good luck!
