The 300C with the 340hp Hemi was very soft but the SRT8 does not only have 425hp and Brembo brakes it has an entirely different suspension with special control arms, larger sway bars, Bilstein shocks, including tuned dampers, specially tailored spring rates and suspension bushings and larger-diameter anti-sway bars. New front and rear suspension knuckles contribute to a ride height lowered one-half inch from the Chrysler 300C.

For such a large heavy car it actually handles quite good. I've tracked cars and owned several Porsche 911's, Boxsters and BMW's and though the 300C is not designed to compete with these cars it holds its own for a large 4 door Sedan.
