Unfortunately most people driving X5's and BMW are a different breed than us in general. I would bet that in my area I could wave to 10 X5's and maybe get one back, tops.

Funny thing is abck in teh day (around 1989) when riding with my dad in our e30 325 he would wave and get waves back all the time, but then again you didn't see many BMW's back then. It is much different now with so many of them on the road nad so many people buying or leasing them for the wrong reasons. Like I said, they don't get it.
