Got it on ebay. 4 square ft is a little more that what you need, but you can cut up the remaining piece and put it to good use elsewhere in the X5.
I'd post a pic, but really nothing to see. Just the bottom of the plastic piece now covered with dynamat (aluminumium foil is all you see).
