I agree with you, but not in my case.
Upon leaving the dealership, computer was at 1,400km until an oil change and was giving me already a warning, so what I did, basically, just saved myself a trip into the dealership, where they would do the same thing...

There is no such thing as an Inspection I or II anymore.
