Understood...but there is no clear path or manual as to how we handle this...Its a crapshoot. As scary as that sounds.. So we do what we can, when we can, and how we can.. Our leaders steer the ship the best way they know how... And again, its been that way for years and years...Bush has nothing to do with it. Republican or Democrat has nothing to do with it...
