Enough was left in those files to give a very accurate picture. After you responded to my post, I added a link to a document at the bottom. That is just an example of the many thousands of declassified documents on this stuff. And yes, a small portion of it is blacked out. But even just reading the stuff that you can see, it tells enough.

Actually, yes. Former agents who were involved have written books. For example, one of the best books on the JFK Assassination was written by Col. Fletcher Prouty who was Chief of Special Operations for the Joint Chiefs during the 1960s. If you have ever seen the Oliver Stone movie "JFK", he was "Mr. X" played by Donald Sutherland.
