It is funny how CNN says this; A man wearing what appeared to be a black outfit with a beret and holding a nightstick and Fox News comes right out and says that the guy is a Black Panther.

Here is an interview with the other man in the video. You can decide if he is a Black Panther or not. If so, what is the need for them to be there?

If they were indeed Black Panthers, it should most certainly at least be investigated if you ask me.
