I've had pretty good luck with Dell laptops. It depends on the model. Since you've got four year coverage you're pretty safe (I always opt for the onsite... you can usually upgrade after your order if you didn't select that option). Lenovo is generally better as a brand but doesn't have the breadth of products that Dell offers.
