No opin on Eurotech wheels, but one or both of those rear wheels may
be out of round themselves. Your tire joint should put bare wheel(s) on
their spinner machine, and check lateral run out. A bad wheel is even
easy to spot visually, especially if the suspect wheel is run at low rpms.

If the wheels aren't "true", or close to it, I would return them for replacements,
assuming you like the other pair.
