It does not bug my wife but bugs the hell out of me. I am a person if i buy something i want it to work they way it is stated to work. I just wanted to see if Tom had any info that i missed but i have done everything that was stated in the set up.

You should call DICE and let them know. 1.888.342.3999 ext 114 was Adam that i have been talking to since Aug. Really nice guy and you should just let him know that it is happening. The more people call about this issue then maybe they will move faster. I called yesterday and he took my name down and said he was going to talk to the techs and tell me when they will have in upgrade ready.
Adam usually talks to us on the BMW applications - but a phone call wouldn't hurt.
