When I sold my 2001 X5 4.4, it was a year before I realized that I had not shut off my XM radio in the car I sold. The bill was going to my company and not to me directly.
Then one day I realized it. I furnished XM with the sales receipt of the vehicle and the credited back my card for the year long payment.
