I think you were a little north of the worst of it, which was done near Everglades City. You were still within the damage zone though.
We had a really weird situ here - unusually strong cold front coming in from the north, and hurricane to the south. The two met right over the top of us. The result was plummeting temps (was near 90 over the weekend, was about 60 this morning, and dropping all day to 50 tonight), with 50 mph winds, and rain. Humid wind from one side, dry and cold from the other.
Maybe you guys up north are used to that stuff, but I like to froze to death when I walked the dog this morn. Yikes.

Gonna have to pull out the woolies.
