I have a buddy with a new f-250 ford. He has all the goodies you want and more; he is able to control from steering wheel with a newish high end pioneer touch screen. I dont know if this a route you want to go since you want to keep the xm you have now, but it will most definitely work (you should be able to use the xm you now, however). They are pretty pricey from what I hear. I dont know if this is what you wanted to hear, but just a lil bit of input.

DVD (there's a way to disable the system to watch DVD's while driving)

Its a pretty Badass setup
