Anyone here as tried or seen this Visio monitor? What do you guys think?

I saw it at BJ's for an amazing price of $399 only.

I am currently using a 21.3" Samsung SyncMaster monitor on my main desktop home computer which I will give to my 12 years old daughter to put on her computer. I am looking at a slightly bigger screen (24 or 26") as a replacement and I saw this Visio at BJ's. It looked good but I am surprised by the low price when I think that I paid over $1200 4 years ago for the Samsung.
