Not that the food network is wrong but can you please qualify WHY ??
And while I have an industrial, Viking type kitchen, can you please tell me where I'm supposed to find a 3rd oven and room in the fringe for another bird body...
3 birds is A LOT of birds ! (it's too late anyway, both birds were picked up today and will be marinated sometime in the next 1-2 hrs.)
