On the knives, just get the phone phone book and stop by a local KNIFE STORE. Look under cutlery and go to the commercial supplier. They all sharpen knives and it takes like 3 minutes. 5 bucks per. They will even let you watch and learn. Then say thanks and buy a steel as well.
