Well did some more investigating and still cant seem to get this issue resolved?? (P0171 - System too lean bank 1)

I double checked for vaccume leaks of any kind and from what I see everything seems to be looking ok. I also removed the MAF sensor and cleaned it but this did not seem to help either.

Could it be a faulty o2 sensor? If the problem was fixed does the warrning light go away? or do I have to get it reset?
