Just FYI, if you have an E53 you can buy the whole headlight assemly (which is what I did). Everything will be pre-installed and it will be a plug and play setup. You will lose the auto level feature, but you will get 6000k lowbeams, CCFL angel eyes, and clear turn signals. So far, I am very satisfied. They have stood up to a lot of rain with no signs of leaking or issues.

This setup is costly, $1038. So if your headlight lenses are in good condition and you know how to open your own headlights and install angel eyes, go for it. Otherwise, this setup is worth every penny in my opinion..
