Hello all. Well, it has finally happened. After months of babying my 2008 X5, my dog put several scratches into the finish of the car. We drove to an all day social function in someone else’s vehicle and it appears that my lovable German Shepherd got lonely and tried to look into the windows of the X5 to see if my girlfriend and I were in the car. Now I have about 3 to 4 scratches on each door. Does anyone have any advice for removing such scratches other than taking it to a dealer? I am in Spain and dealers in Spain charge outrageous fees for any work that they do (5 or more times what is paid in the US).
