My wife was laid off from her job this morning along with about a dozen others. She was in marketing working for a company who works with catalog retailers.

We have a family meeting on Saturday to see how we can trim the fat considering we will have $75,000 a year less in income and the cost of adding her and our son to my health-care plan.

Christmas will be thin this year and to add insult to injury I lost my iPhone yesterday which I did not realize how much I needed until it was gone.

Not like I can justify going out and spending $500 on another phone...Back to my Motorola flip.
