Unfortunately it is just a matter of time until this happens to more and more people. I can feel your pain though. I am in the Real Estate industry and am lucky to be working at all. To add insult to injury, all the assets that most of us have are depreciating daily. Pretty depressing overall.

Hopefully things will get better as we get deeper into 2009, but who knows for sure.
