I'm sorry but Wal Mart should have provided a safer work environment especially on Black Friday of all days.

I find it repulsive that people didn't do anything while he died, simply repulsive.

We just discussed this a few days ago, most people would agree that a suit is more than appropriate given the failure of Wal Mart to protect it's own employees, there should have been a MUCH higher level of crowd control, and once they saw the nature of the line, additional people should have been dispatched. Notice that trampling didn't happen at any other store that caused major injuries. TRUST ME just as many people attended a large number of stores such as this Wal-Mart.
