a) carried illegally =IDIOT
b) carried a Glock racked & hot= IDIOT (the age-old argument persists as to whether Glocks should be carried racked with one in the chamber since they do not have a "substantial" safety; I side with idiot on this one)
c) didn't use at all or didn't use a proper conceal carry holster= IDIOT
d) was drinking a cran & vodka= IDIOT
e) ruined the leather in his Escalade= IDIOT
f) was driving an Escalade in the first place= IDIOT

A .40cal with personal defense ammo would have put a very healthy hole in his leg... he's lucky he got by with "what appears" to be a graze or minor flesh wound.

If it walks, talks and acts like a... it probably is.
