Great...My wife who is now unemployed can get a job building a new road. Have you seen the road crews working along side of the freeways? Here in California they sit around and build something that makes some sense the year they start planning the project; however, when they actually start the construction years later it ends up being inadequate for the traffic and by the time they finish the project it ends up being triple the cost and unable to accomplish any good use so they start over thus leaving construction backs up traffic jams for decades.

One thing his building plan will do here in California...It will give jobs to thousands of illegal aliens from South of the Border so they can send that money back to Mexico.
