4.8is and Dyno-licious (iPhone dyno app)

Has anyone used the Dynolicious app on their X5 yet?

I have had the app for a few weeks and thought I'd share some of my results on a few different cars that I've had a chance to drive lately.
If you haven't seen the app, it's dynolicious.com and is only $12.99!

So starting with my X5, it's an '04 4.8is, pretty much stock, performance wise, except for the center x-pipe mod/resonator delete.

Here's the dyno plot from the quickest run...

The blue line is G's... It pulled .73G's off the line. Gotta love that V8 Torque and X-Drive! Unfortunately the shift between 1st and 2nd takes FOREVER (a good 1/2 second), so it's losing some decent time between shifts.

Results:
1/8mi - 9.41sec @ 77.3
1/4mi - 14.41sec @ 100.4mph
0-60 6.14sec
0-90 11.92sec
328whp (est. at 5100lbs, and 20% drivetrain loss)

I also ran a couple of run in a E90 335i. 1/4mi ET was identical to the X5, just a bit faster trap speed. This was an auto, sport mode, DSC off, A/C on.

1/8mi - 9.60 @ 81.1mph
1/4mi - 14.42sec @ 103.2
0-60 6.08sec
0-90 11.23 sec
249whp (est. at 3800lbs, and 18% drivetrain loss)

The 335i was a loaner while the X5 was in the shop. It's a quick little car but I like my X5 much better! I also tested an E36 M3 with the full Schrick Cam kit, and will be testing my E39 M5 very soon.

I am pretty impressed with the Dyno app, it's very cool and seems to be pretty consistent with real world testing.
