1) Did you feel EMS/Australia Post was to blame because it was packaged carefully and was still damaged?
2) You're also waiting on a refund but haven't received it yet? Can I ask how long you've been waiting for a refund?
3) Where did your package originate? The listing says it's already in the USA.
