Tom, my DICE unit is working fine (2005 X5 4.4, trunk mount, Sirius, NAV no DSP), but ever since I installed it I have noticed that there is a vague electronic noise every time I turn on or off the radio or, when the radio is on, when I switch between modes (such as going between Sirius/FM/CD).
