In this economy, what are you all seeing for trade-in values on the X5 (either for newer models or other vehicles)?

I did an Edmunds report for our 2004 X5 4.4i Sport which is pretty much loaded (and is certified until 2010 with all scheduled maintenance). Edmunds shows trade-in at $21K but nobody seems willing to actually offer more than $15K MAX on the trade, regardless of what vehicle it is going against.

Anybody else coming across this?
