JV, if you do get it, get a CPO'ed one. You will then get the 100K warranty. Be sure to also get the 100K maintenance extension. Cost for dealer is $1100 so work your way up from there. That way, no worries about brakes, clutch, etc. Good luck!
BTW, be very careful of the really low mileage cars. These cars do need to be driven. Lots of garage queen M5's with low mileage have been experiencing carbon buildup issues.
