I didn't mean to hi-jack the thread, but snow in South Louisiana is about as crazy as snow in Vegas . Needless to say it caught us a little off guard. The following day, temps were back in the high 60's...low 70's.

I totally agree! My dad is in Galveston right now working with a non profit to rebuild homes, and he called me to tell me about the same storm you guys had. He sent me a pic message and it was weird to see snow right up against the beach where a hurricane just hit months ago!
