Lawsuit = Ridiculous..

I would guess, the most you could do is complain to the head of the department. Make it official, put it in writing.
It will probably not result in the class or your grade being changed, but if the teacher has been reported by other students, it is more than likely he won't be invited back to teach in the future.

(And don't forget to mention that the lands Israel occupied were the same lands that the Palestinians kept using to attack Israel. AND, that the land in question did not ever officially belong to the Palestinians because they refused the two-state solution.)
