From my memory, I am quite certain that others have used the "4.4 battery" in lieu of the "3.0 engine size" battery.
Be sure it has the vent hole or, punch out for venting.

I would really rec'd running a trickle charger on your "new" battery, for 24 hrs...they don't come from Walmart fully
topped off and a fast hot charge, is not what you need, imo. The swap is easy. I had zero problems with radio pre-sets,
radio working, etc., after the new batt. install.
