That is an oxymoron if I've ever heard one.
I've dated a few Israeli girls and I can tell you several things I have learned:
1) No chance they would want to live in Wisconsin
2) "High Maintenance" is an understatement.
3) Apparently the word "compromise" does not exist in the Hebrew language.
