We got the car back from the dealership, the steering feels different. The X5 is 6 months old. It was towed on a platform and needed a new fuel pump. We are wondering if there is anything that the dealer or tower could have done to impact the feel of the steering or suspension.

A new X5 has a heavy steering that I like. Now reacts faster when I turn the wheel and I feel that I have less control.
