While I don't disagree with the idiocy of the TARP process, many other "banks" are
scooping up the money train, with every "financial" and their cousin doing the
"bank holding co" dance to get in the handout line.
And, most recepients have allowed zero transparency or reporting,
per Paulson and his gang of Reverse Robin Hoods...
