Thank you very much for the info. This worked out very well for me.

For those that like pictures here is the cover being removed. Also notice the vehicle ground on the bottom left. I ended up tapping another screw for ground.

With the cover removed you can see I only have one terminal open. I decided not to tap it. Instead I just tapped into the main screw at the top.

By the way, anyone know the part number for the terminal screws? I would like to put one on the open connection just in case I want to tap this terminal in the future. I tried to match the screw at Home Depot and it appears to be a #10-32 fine (if I remember correctly) but the screw is too big to fit in between the area provided. I tried to find this terminal on RealOEM but no luck.
