I have almost the same setup as what they provide. Where they provide most value is making it really simple for the majority of technology challenged users and most impotantly they offer to rip/capture(most time consuming part) your music from your CD collection.

I think this is a really good package at a reasonable price for people who don't want to deal with the complexities of new technology but like to take advantage of the convenience of high tech in an "old school" way of enjoying music.
