There is nothing the Police can say in a case like this to make people feel better, in fact many will use this as a reason to further destroy Oakland no matter what the police do. The bart police are not talking until they know what happened.. The story that is floating now is that the officer though he was shooting a tazer. far fetched for sure, but how about we wait and see what the police say.
