I don't see this post as immoral... He isn't condoling driving drunk, just the method for properly executing a breath test.

I have one female friend that is drunk after one beer, near plastered after two... She can likely be falling down drunk and pass the breath test. Yet another female friend can outdrink me, about 1 liter of whiskey and barely buzzed. The thing about drinking if you plan on driving is to fully know your limits and how YOUR body reacts to alcohol. If I go out and have to drive home, I get a mild, comphy buzz and let it die out before going anywhere... leaving with a complete sober feeling. Just be responsible!
