The languages are selectable through vehicle coding. There is no standard set of languages on anyone's navigation system. The CD-based MKIII navigation computer gives you two choices, and the DVD-based MKIV navigation computer lets you choose from three selections.

This is the list of available languages that anyone might have on their navigation screen.
  • German
  • English (GB)
  • English (American)
  • Italian
  • Spanish
  • Japanese
  • French
  • Dutch
You can use NavCoder or take the car to a dealer to change your language options from the list of eight above.
