The E53 monitor is driven by the nav. So when we mention nav language, it applies to nav, radio, TV, telephone, monitor, and all other language-related elements in the car.

BMW USA normally load their vehicles with English and Spanish as the first 2 languages, I'm not sure what they fit as the 3rd language. The nav can have up to 3 languages loaded.

As an owner, you can go to BMW USA and request any 3 languages in any order you like.
Choices are as Brian mentioned: GB, US, ES, DE, FR, IT, NL are the main language set.

Other variants such as Russian are also possible - but unlikely to be found in the USA.

If you like DIY, you can load the languages yourself using my NavCoder application - get it from www.siegenthaler.co.nz/NavCoder/
