Derek is on a distinguished road
I ended up with my mom's Intel Mac Mini which came with a 80gb 5400 hard drive and 1gb ram..... It was one slow computer even compared to my MacBook for some reason. I installed a new 160gb 7200 Seagate drive and bumped the memory to 2gb.... Night and day difference. I def recommend the 7200 rpm hard drive upgrade. I might even pick up one for the MacBook. I got the drive on Buy.com for ~$72.

7200 RPM drive compared to the other one?

Aside from the increased space, have you seen
any increase in drive performance?
