Great list. If I may let me add a couple of comments:
1. Hopefully they'll fix it without too much trouble
2. Good luck on this one. When they 'test drive' the car (check the mileage when you get it back) it means the car was driven 2 miles.
3. Same as above. I've reported the same problem countless times.
4. They'll replace the pieces with the new design ones. If your cupholder is in shabby condition, try to get them to replace the whole console. It will look brand spanking new.
5. They grease something and be done with it. You'll get the noise again a week later.
6. Easy fix for them. Newest one is apparently more robust.
7. It does have a motorized close mechanism that is somewhat soft, make sure that is working.
8. You can usually find this on the sticker of the module itself (in the trunk)
9. They'll charge you for this. Don't get screwed on a ridiculous cost.
10. Good luck. They'll look at you and say with a straight face that there are no such things (got that answer once in regard to the nav system updates). My guess is that this will never get done in snowballs chance in hell.
11. Don't forget a recall check. They should do this automatically, but sometimes they don't.
Good luck.
