That would make good sense, but according to BMW the M6 weighs less than the M5, so the slight performance difference is to be expected. Do you think they will add ballast to the X5M to protect the X6M reputation, or will they detune it?

On the other hand, maybe BMW marketing haven't heard that the BMW engineers missed the weight target on the X6.
