Because Nero is crap.
You must not change the OS CD Mode, you must use an image burning program that RETAINS the original CD image format
Nero forces everything to Mode1, it thinks it knows what you want. It is crap.
Use ImgBurn,
www.imgburn.com, it retains the mode properly.
