I've sent it plenty as well. We have sized dog cages where I bring my dog now. I flat out refuse to allow him to socialize with Pit Bulls, sorry
I'm not going to the be the one who's dog is in the ER with blood on my hands after I've killed the dog who attacked and seriously injured my dog, I know I would, my dog is my child. I'm proactive and I won't allow my dog to socialize with "such" breeds
Personally I think they should be banned in all dog parks, they cause more harm than they are worth. It's one thing to argue their being unfairly targeted but when studies show their aggression is higher than other dogs and it's documented I listen.
You can let Pits play with your kids all you want, I hope I never see you in a hospital room going "he was such a nice dog" I can think of plenty of times I've seen THAT exact news story.
If it happens I won't say told you so but I hope you will learn from your mistakes.
