People everywhere else have a lot more to deal with, foxes, coyotes, mountain lions, etc. They're smart enough to restrain their damn dogs, whatever breed, the ones you clump as "aggressive" included. I know labs who have attacked another dog, and little hand bag dogs that have hurt little kids. Saying all PBs are dangerous is like being afraid of someone whos conservative because they'll shoot the crap out of you.
